Brad Lawwill

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Practice Lead, Negotiation Strategies

Brad is an accomplished marketing agency executive and former corporate attorney. Before forming BCA, Brad was the President of Pierce, an award-winning experiential marketing agency in Portland, Maine and served on the executive leadership team for OEG, a collective of thirty Omnicom experiential offices in sixteen countries. 

 

He is a graduate of the Michigan State College of Law and spent more than a decade as a corporate attorney: including five years as Pierce's General Counsel and seven years as Associate General Counsel for WEX, a global FinTech leader. 

 

Brad has a well-earned reputation as a thoughtful, compassionate leader and skillful negotiator who is able to resolve complex matters quickly, thoroughly - and pleasantly.  

Laura Lawwill

Practice Lead for Process Design

Laura has spent most of her career in high-profile operational roles with a focus on creating value for external and internal customers. Prior to joining Broad Cove, Laura spent nearly a decade in process engineering, customer service and management roles for WEX, a global fintech leader in Portland, Maine, where she led process reengineering efforts that yielded the company millions of dollars in operational savings.

 

Laura holds a Masters of Science in Industrial Administration from The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie-Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.


Brad and Laura live in the gorgeous seaside village of Yarmouth, Maine with their two children. When not helping their clients find operational success, they are very active in high school sports.  Brad serves as a coach for the varsity softball team and Laura is active in boosters for softball and basketball.  They make it a priority to travel all across the state and country to cheer for their kids in school and travel sports, including softball, basketball, soccer and track.
